Your mission

You will support organizations through the transformation of their operating model brought about by the integration of artificial intelligence and digital agents. You will help executives allocate responsibilities wisely among people, automated systems, and AI agents.

Your work will aim to strengthen team capabilities, preserve human control over important decisions, and build high-performing, sustainable organizational models.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze roles, tasks, skills, and workloads.
• Map the activities that can be assisted, augmented, or automated.
• Design collaboration models between employees and AI agents.
• Redefine roles, responsibilities, and decision-making authority.
• Determine which tasks require human oversight.
• Design authorization, validation, and escalation mechanisms.
• Assess the impact on organizational structures.
• Define the skills required in the short, medium, and long term.
• Build transition and skills development plans.
• Take part in the organizational integration of AI agents.
• Define training and support methods.
• Assess the effects on cognitive load and quality of work.
• Design capacity, adoption, and performance indicators.
• Support managers as their practices evolve.
• Facilitate dialogue with HR, operations, and employee representatives.
• Measure results and adjust the organizational model.

Profile sought

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in organizational transformation, work organization, strategic human resources, or operations.
• Hands-on experience with projects involving artificial intelligence or automation.
• The ability to analyze tasks, processes, skills, and responsibilities.
• An understanding of operating models and organizational structures.
• The ability to work with executives, managers, and employees.
• Excellent facilitation and change management skills.
• Sensitivity to human, ethical, and operational consequences.
• Professional French and English.

Assets

• Experience in operational excellence or Lean Six Sigma.
• Education in organizational development, work psychology, or management.
• Experience in strategic workforce planning.
• Knowledge of AI agent governance.
• Experience in unionized environments.
• Involvement in major workplace transformations.
