Senior Consultant – Implementation, Performance, and Operational Sustainment

Your mission
You will support managers and teams in the concrete implementation of operational improvement solutions. You will turn recommendations, target processes, and action plans into new working practices that apply day to day.
Your role will be decisive in ensuring the adoption of changes, the development of internal skills, and the sustainment of gains. You will work directly in the workplace while helping internal leads become autonomous in managing performance.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate the implementation of the selected solutions.
- Turn recommendations into actions, responsibilities, and timelines.
- Support teams directly in their working environment.
- Design and implement work standards.
- Put visual management systems in place.
- Develop operational dashboards and indicators.
- Establish daily, weekly, and monthly performance routines.
- Clarify roles, responsibilities, and escalation mechanisms.
- Train managers, supervisors, and employees.
- Facilitate Kaizen activities and problem-solving workshops.
- Support trials, pilot projects, and phased rollouts.
- Measure results and document gaps.
- Address implementation difficulties with the leads concerned.
- Verify the stability of the new processes.
- Put control and sustainment mechanisms in place.
- Transfer knowledge and tools to the internal teams.
- Document results, lessons learned, and future improvements.
Profile sought
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in operational implementation, continuous improvement, performance management, or process transformation.
- Hands-on experience working with operational teams.
- Ability to advance methods, behaviors, and results simultaneously.
- Good command of Lean tools and problem-solving methods.
- Experience in work standardization and visual management.
- Ability to build trusting relationships with employees and managers.
- A pragmatic, structured, and action-oriented approach.
- Autonomy and the ability to work in changing environments.
- Excellent training, coaching, and communication skills.
- Professional French and English.
Assets
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Experience as an operations manager, supervisor, or continuous improvement lead.
- Experience in manufacturing, transactional, or multi-site environments.
- Knowledge of digital performance management tools.
- Experience in change management.
- Knowledge of automation, ERP systems, or artificial intelligence applied to operations.
