Your mission

You will provide executives and investors with an independent perspective on technology architectures, products, projects, vendors, and investments. You will need to distinguish between real risks, sales claims, and demonstrable capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Audit technology architectures, products, and programs.
• Assess the maturity of teams, processes, and practices.
• Review roadmaps, budgets, contracts, and dependencies.
• Analyze technical debt and security risks.
• Carry out pre-acquisition or pre-investment due diligence.
• Evaluate the capabilities of vendors and partners.
• Validate the feasibility of proposed plans.
• Formulate independent and prioritized recommendations.
• Present findings to executives, boards, or investors.
• Follow up on corrective measures.

Profile sought

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology, audit, or consulting.
• Experience assessing complex systems or organizations.
• Strong understanding of architectures, operations, security, and governance.
• Excellent investigative, synthesis, and judgment skills.
• Intellectual independence and professional discretion.

Assets

• Experience in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, or financing.
• CISA, CISSP, CPA, or a relevant certification.
• Experience as a CTO, CIO, architect, or technology executive.
