These terms of use (the “terms”) govern access to and use of quantumbeyond.io (the “site”). The site is operated by Quantum Beyond (“we”). By accessing the site, you agree to these terms as well as our privacy policy and our cookie policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Nature of the content

The site's content (pages, articles, FAQ, service descriptions) is provided for general information purposes. It does not constitute professional advice, a recommendation tailored to your situation, or a contractual offer. Any engagement with Quantum Beyond is governed by a separate agreement, which prevails over the site.

We strive to keep the content accurate and up to date, without warranting that it is free of errors, complete or current at all times. We may change it without notice.

Forms, preliminary analysis and communications

• The “Define your needs” form produces a preliminary analysis offered at no cost and without obligation. It is generated from the information you provide and is indicative only: it is neither an audit, nor a diagnosis, nor a compliance assessment.
• You agree to provide accurate information and not to submit through the forms any content that is unlawful, confidential to a third party, or malicious.
• The verification link sent by email is personal and expires after 72 hours.
• Our replies by email or phone create no contractual relationship until an agreement has been concluded.

Intellectual property

The site and all of its elements — text, structure, visuals, logos, trademarks, methodologies and names such as Qb, Qb Knowledge Standard (QKS), AI Decision Framework™ and Q-Carbon Security Systems — are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of Quantum Beyond or its licensors. You may view and print the content for your personal or internal use. Any other reproduction, distribution, systematic extraction (including by automated tools) or commercial use is prohibited without our prior written authorization.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• compromise the security, integrity or availability of the site or of the services that support it;
• circumvent protection mechanisms (including anti-bot verification) or send automated solicitations;
• use the site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes or in breach of these terms;
• impersonate any person or organization in your communications with us.

The site may contain links to sites operated by third parties. These links are provided for your convenience; we have no control over those sites and accept no responsibility for their content, practices or availability.

Availability of the site

We strive to keep the site accessible at all times, without any guarantee of continuity. We may suspend or modify access, in particular for maintenance or security reasons, without notice or liability.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quantum Beyond, its officers and collaborators shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages (including loss of data, revenue or business opportunities) arising from the use of the site, the inability to access it, or reliance on its content, including a preliminary analysis. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including Quebec's Consumer Protection Act where applicable.

The processing of personal information collected through the site is described in our privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Subject to applicable mandatory provisions, any dispute relating to the site falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.

Language

These terms are written in French and translated into English for the convenience of users. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.

Changes

We may amend these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of that change.
