Your mission

You will establish Quantum Beyond’s product quality and assurance system. You will ensure that functional, technical, security and operational requirements are defined, verified and traceable through to their release into production.

You will develop a quality culture suited to complex products where security, reliability and trust are decisive.

Key responsibilities

• Define the overall product quality strategy.
• Establish standards, methods and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure traceability between needs, requirements and test results.
• Design validation and verification plans.
• Coordinate functional, technical and security testing.
• Develop test automation approaches.
• Evaluate product performance, stability and capacity.
• Organize load, stress and recovery testing.
• Define the authorization criteria for production releases.
• Put in place defect management mechanisms.
• Analyze incidents, recurrences and root causes.
• Define quality and reliability indicators.
• Support pilot testing and controlled deployments.
• Coordinate validations carried out by laboratories or partners.
• Maintain the evidence required for certifications.
• Present product readiness status to executives.

Profile sought

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality assurance, reliability or validation of technology products.
• Experience designing complex test strategies.
• Command of requirements management and traceability.
• Good understanding of software development cycles.
• Experience in test automation.
• Ability to assess the risks associated with a production release.
• Rigor, independence and a prevention-oriented mindset.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Professional French and English.

Assets

• Experience with cybersecurity, AI or telecommunications products.
• Knowledge of distributed systems and high-availability platforms.
• Experience in regulated environments.
• Knowledge of the quality or security standards applicable to software.
• Experience in reliability engineering.
• Professional certification in quality or software testing.
