Your mission

You will help organizations maintain their essential services and restore their operations during a major disruption. You will integrate the human, operational, technological, logistical, and communications dimensions of resilience.

You will support leadership teams and staff in preparing for, simulating, and improving their ability to manage crises.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct business impact analyses.
• Identify essential services, processes, and assets.
• Map internal and external dependencies.
• Define continuity and recovery objectives.
• Design business continuity strategies.
• Develop and update crisis management plans.
• Evaluate failover and technology recovery plans.
• Clarify roles, decision-making authority, and escalation mechanisms.
• Structure crisis teams and coordination centers.
• Design crisis communication strategies.
• Assess the resilience of suppliers and supply chains.
• Organize tabletop exercises and operational simulations.
• Measure the organization's actual ability to recover.
• Document findings and improvement plans.
• Lead post-incident debriefs.
• Train executives, managers, and internal leads.

Profile sought

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in continuity, crisis management, recovery, or resilience.
• Experience conducting impact analyses.
• Experience designing and testing continuity plans.
• An understanding of technological and operational dependencies.
• The ability to work with senior executives.
• An excellent ability to handle sensitive situations.
• Recognized skills in leading exercises and simulations.
• Rigor, composure, and professional judgment.
• Professional French and English.

Assets

• CBCP, MBCI, ISO 22301, or equivalent certification.
• Experience in cybersecurity and incident response.
• Experience in critical infrastructure.
• Involvement in managing an actual major crisis.
• Knowledge of supply chain challenges.
• Experience in highly regulated sectors.
