Your mission

You will help organizations integrate artificial intelligence into their operations, their roles, and their working practices. Your mandate will aim for responsible, measurable, and lasting adoption that strengthens existing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assess organizational readiness for AI.
• Identify and prioritize use cases.
• Analyze the impacts on roles, processes, and skills.
• Design adoption and support plans.
• Define how humans and AI agents work together.
• Develop training and onboarding programs.
• Coach managers and internal champions.
• Measure adoption, the value created, and emerging risks.
• Adjust practices based on results.
• Ensure consistency with AI governance.

Profile sought

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in organizational transformation or change.
• Hands-on experience with AI or digital transformation projects.
• Ability to work with executives, managers, and employees.
• Solid understanding of business processes.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and training skills.

Assets

• Experience in operational excellence or Lean.
• Training in change management.
• Experience in unionized or regulated environments.
