Principal Consultant – Lean Six Sigma and Process Transformation

Your mission
You will carry out complex process analysis and transformation engagements. You will help organizations improve their workflows, quality, productivity, lead times, operational capacity, and the experience offered to their clients and employees.
You will apply Lean Six Sigma methods pragmatically, selecting the tools that are genuinely useful in each situation. Your work must lead to solutions that are applicable, understood by the teams, and directly tied to the organization's priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct operational performance assessments.
- Map processes, flows, roles, and interactions.
- Design and facilitate SIPOC and VSM analyses.
- Collect and analyze operational data.
- Identify waste, delays, variation, errors, and constraints.
- Perform root cause analyses.
- Lead DMAIC projects and other structured improvement approaches.
- Design target processes and improvement plans.
- Facilitate workshops with employees, managers, and experts.
- Define the functional requirements associated with technology solutions.
- Evaluate opportunities for automation and the use of AI.
- Define performance indicators and control methods.
- Establish profitability and value creation analyses.
- Train and support internal continuous improvement leads.
- Present findings and recommendations to executives.
- Support implementation and confirm that results are achieved.
Profile sought
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in continuous improvement, Lean Six Sigma, industrial engineering, or process transformation.
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex improvement projects.
- Mastery of Lean Six Sigma tools and problem-solving methods.
- Ability to analyze manufacturing, administrative, or technology processes.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Ability to facilitate workshops bringing together different hierarchical levels.
- Aptitude for turning findings into realistic recommendations.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills.
- Autonomy, diplomacy, and a results-oriented approach.
- Professional French and English.
Assets
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification.
- Experience in several industries.
- Knowledge of ERP, MES, CRM, or BPM systems.
- Experience in automation, advanced analytics, or artificial intelligence.
- Knowledge of the theory of constraints.
- Education in industrial engineering, operations, management, or a related field.
