Your mission

You will help organizations retain genuine control over their data, infrastructures, and technology dependencies. You will design architectures that reconcile performance, security, reversibility, resilience, and sovereignty.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate cloud, hybrid, and multicloud architectures.
• Map data, processing activities, jurisdictions, and vendors.
• Analyze dependencies and technology lock-in risks.
• Define requirements for localization, control, and reversibility.
• Design secure and resilient data architectures.
• Evaluate continuity plans and vendor exit plans.
• Analyze contracts and technical commitments with the relevant specialists.
• Build modernization and sovereignty roadmaps.
• Advise leadership on strategic trade-offs.

Profile sought

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in cloud or data architecture.
• Experience with hybrid and multicloud environments.
• Understanding of sovereignty and jurisdiction challenges.
• Command of data architectures, integrations, and security mechanisms.
• Ability to assess both technical and strategic dimensions.

Assets

• Cloud architecture certifications.
• Experience in the public, financial, defense, or healthcare sectors.
• Knowledge of Canadian and European requirements.
