Your mission

You will help organizations make their knowledge understandable, accessible, structured, and governable in order to improve their artificial intelligence readiness and the quality of the results produced.

Key responsibilities

• Assess the maturity of knowledge management.
• Map knowledge sources, owners, and flows.
• Analyze the quality, structure, and accessibility of content.
• Define taxonomies, metadata, and governance rules.
• Establish lifecycle and validation mechanisms.
• Prepare knowledge for RAG solutions and AI agents.
• Reduce contradictory, outdated, or uncontrolled content.
• Deploy the Qb Knowledge Standard.
• Support those responsible for content and processes.
• Define quality and usage indicators.

Profile sought

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in information, knowledge, or data management.
• Experience in information architecture or records governance.
• Understanding of the information needs of AI systems.
• Excellent analytical, structuring, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work across several functions of the organization.

Assets

• Experience in RAG, semantic search, or knowledge graphs.
• Knowledge of document management systems.
• Experience in compliance or quality.
