Your mission

You will lead complex transformation engagements that simultaneously touch strategy, operations, technology, governance, and value creation. You will support senior executives in establishing a clear vision, a realistic roadmap, and a governance framework that brings the various stakeholders together.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out strategic, organizational, and technological assessments.
• Advise executive management, boards of directors, CIOs, CTOs, and CISOs.
• Define transformation strategies and roadmaps.
• Assess internal capabilities, dependencies, and execution risks.
• Structure the governance of programs and investments.
• Facilitate alignment between business objectives, operations, and technology.
• Oversee consultants and specialized experts.
• Track benefits, performance indicators, and risks.
• Produce and present independent executive recommendations.

Profile sought

• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.
• Significant experience in consulting, transformation, or leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to work with senior executives.
• Solid understanding of complex technology environments.
• Excellent analytical, synthesis, influencing, and communication skills.
• Professional French and English.

Assets

• Experience in cybersecurity, AI, digital sovereignty, or a regulated sector.
• Experience across several industries.
• Advanced education in management, technology, engineering, or a relevant field.
