Your mission

You will support leadership teams in defining their artificial intelligence strategy, governing models and agents, managing risk, and building a durable organizational capability.

Key responsibilities

• Act as principal advisor or Fractional Chief AI Officer.
• Define AI investment directions and priorities.
• Establish an AI Governance Office.
• Design policies, decision-making mechanisms, and accountability models.
• Assess operational, legal, human, and technological risks.
• Govern the use of AI models, agents, and vendors.
• Define the criteria for selecting and approving use cases.
• Establish value, risk, and adoption indicators.
• Advise executives and governance committees.
• Support the development of internal capabilities.

Profile sought

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategy, governance, or transformation.
• Significant experience related to AI and digital technologies.
• Ability to advise at the highest decision-making levels.
• Understanding of AI models, data, risk, and compliance.
• Excellent ability to balance value, feasibility, and accountability.

Assets

• Experience as CAIO, CIO, CTO, CDO, or executive advisor.
• Knowledge of AI governance frameworks.
• Experience in regulated sectors.
