Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 24, 2026.
Quantum Beyond (“we”) is committed to protecting the personal information you entrust to us. This policy describes what information we collect through quantumbeyond.io (the “site”), why we collect it, how we protect it, and what your rights are. It is established in accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (as amended by Law 25), Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, for visitors from the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Our confidentiality commitment
The strategic nature of our engagements demands impeccable confidentiality. All information about your organization, along with all documents, exchanges, and projects entrusted to Quantum Beyond, is handled with the strictest confidentiality and is never published or used as a reference without your explicit authorization.
This commitment applies to all our business relationships. This policy complements it with respect to personal information collected through the site.
Person in charge of the protection of personal information
As required by Law 25, a person in charge of the protection of personal information oversees the application of this policy. By default, this role is held by the person exercising the highest authority within Quantum Beyond. You can reach them:
- through the site's contact form;
- by phone, toll-free in Canada and the United States: +1.855.997.6543.
Information we collect
Information you provide
- Contact form: name, email address and the content of your message.
- “Define your needs” form (preliminary analysis): contact name, company name, email address, phone number, and your answers to the questionnaire about your organization's situation.
- Subsequent exchanges: any information you choose to share with us by email or phone.
Information collected automatically
- Technical connection data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, timestamps. This data is processed by our hosting and security providers to operate and protect the site.
- Anti-bot verification: when you submit a form, Cloudflare's Turnstile service analyzes technical signals (including your IP address) to distinguish a human from an automated program.
- Audience measurement (only with your consent): anonymized traffic statistics through Google Analytics 4, enabled only if you accept audience-measurement cookies. See our cookie policy.
We do not collect any sensitive information (health, opinions, biometric data) through the site, and we make no decision based solely on automated processing of your information.
Why we use it
- to answer your requests and get back to you;
- to produce and send you the preliminary analysis report you requested;
- to verify your email address before sending a report (signed verification link, valid for 72 hours);
- to keep the site secure and prevent automated or abusive submissions;
- to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used in order to improve its content;
- to comply with our legal obligations.
We use your information only for the purposes for which it was collected, with your consent or where permitted by law. We do not sell or rent your personal information and do not use it for targeted advertising.
Consent
By filling out a form, you consent to the use of the information provided for the purposes described above. Audience-measurement cookies are set only after you accept them in the banner provided for that purpose; you may withdraw this consent at any time (see the cookie policy). Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
Disclosure to third parties and hosting
We disclose your personal information only to the providers that help us operate the site, to the extent necessary for their services and under contractual confidentiality commitments:
- Vercel Inc. (United States): site hosting and execution of the server functions that process the forms.
- DreamHost LLC (United States): hosting of our content management system and email delivery service (messages and reports are sent to you through this service).
- Cloudflare Inc. (United States): Turnstile anti-bot verification and delivery of the site's icon library.
- Google LLC (United States): web fonts (Google Fonts) and, with your consent, audience measurement (Google Analytics 4, anonymized IP address).
These providers are located outside Quebec. In accordance with Law 25, Quantum Beyond ensures that these disclosures are subject to a privacy impact assessment and that the information receives adequate protection. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.
Retention
- Contact form messages and exchanges: kept as long as necessary to process your request and to follow up on our business relationship, then deleted or securely archived.
- Preliminary analysis: your contact details and answers are sent by email (to you and to our team); the site does not store them in any database. The email verification link expires after 72 hours.
- Technical data: retained by our providers for as long as necessary for the security and diagnostics of the service.
- Audience measurement: according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics (by default, two months for event data).
Security
We implement reasonable measures proportionate to the sensitivity of the information: encrypted communications (HTTPS), cryptographically signed verification links, anti-bot verification, access restricted to authorized persons, hosting with recognized providers. No method of transmission or storage is infallible, however. In the event of a confidentiality incident presenting a risk of serious injury, we will notify the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec and the persons concerned, as required by law.
Your rights
Subject to the exceptions provided by law, you may:
- access the personal information we hold about you and obtain a copy;
- have it corrected if it is inaccurate, incomplete or ambiguous;
- withdraw your consent to its use or disclosure;
- request that it cease to be disseminated, or that a link to it be de-indexed, where the law so provides;
- obtain, in a structured and commonly used technological format, the computerized information you provided to us (portability);
- file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or, for residents of the European Union, your country's supervisory authority.
To exercise these rights, contact the person in charge of the protection of personal information (see above). We respond within 30 days of receiving the request and may ask you to confirm your identity.
Minors
The site is intended for organizations and their executives. We do not knowingly collect personal information from persons under 14 years of age.

The site may contain links to sites we do not control. Their privacy practices are their own; we invite you to review their policies.

We may amend this policy to reflect changes to the site, our practices or the law. The current version is published on this page with its update date. Significant changes will be clearly indicated on the site.
